Door security and access control can be added to Club Assistant. Members get in through any allowed door with a card swipe, a PIN or both, and access can be limited to certain days and times. Each entry is logged as a visit.

Staff access can be restricted to particular doors and audited. Turnstiles can be linked in too, so regular members walk straight in and reception staff are free for guests and enquiries, while surveillance can see who came in and through which door.

One controller handles up to 32 doors and connects to an EndX terminal over the network. Suspended or resigned members lose access everywhere straight away. Doors use these expansion units:

The combined reader can be set to accept a card, a member number, or card plus PIN for extra security.

If someone has forgotten their card or PIN, a vandal-resistant door panel with a built-in camera and infrared light lets reception see and speak to them before buzzing them in.
