Club Assistant handles player registration, membership and the reception desk. It runs the same way in a single casino or across a whole group, and a handful of set-up options adapt it to each site's rules. Out of the box it covers photo capture, passport and ID scanning, card printing, promotional sales, quick entry for tour groups, visitor statistics and responsible-gaming restrictions. It also ships with a reporting and marketing wizard for building reports, running campaigns and printing mail-shots. click to enlarge - Casino-only or group-wide membership

Reception Members swipe a card and are in. Their photo and address appear on screen so staff can check who is at the desk. If a card is forgotten, a name search shows every match with a picture, which all but rules out letting in the wrong person. Every visit and every change to a record, such as a lost card, is logged. click to enlargeID checks Scanned ID documents are stored against the player. The casino sets which documents are acceptable, and anyone without one is refused. Age limits can vary by nationality, so tourists and locals can be treated differently. Marketing The marketing section runs anything from a one-off letter to a campaign spread over several events. Selections pass straight to Microsoft Word for mail-merge, costs and complimentaries are tracked against each campaign, and a contact manager keeps notes on every player.
