Catering Assistant is a food and beverage system for the casino's restaurants and bars, with a back-office side and touch-screen tills out front.

Stock control across several locations, purchase orders, requisitions and templates, transfers, write-offs, invoices, credit notes, deliveries and returns, recipes, till layouts and period end. Reorder levels raise transfers or purchase orders automatically, and units and measures can be set up to suit each supplier.

The tills keep working without the main database, so a network fault leaves most functions running. Complimentaries and discounts can be given to players who are in the building, and everything they eat and drink is passed to Player Tracking for a fuller picture of their visit.
