Archive: a recreation of endxgroup.com as it was around 2004–05. EndX Group was acquired by Progressive Gaming International in 2005 and no longer trades. About this archive

multi-sitesystems

EndX can run a whole group of casinos as one system: each site has its own server for speed, and head office keeps a central database for set-up and reporting. SQL Server replication keeps the two in step, so a site that loses its link to head office carries on trading.

Who enters what

Head office sets promotions, voucher types, warning levels and permissions and sends them down. Casinos send up new players, transactions, tracking, anti-money-laundering, balancing and visit data. Head office users can then report on any one casino or all of them.

Shared standing data

Set-up data is entered once for the whole group, including:

  • Restriction and membership types
  • Promotion and expense types
  • Analysis categories
  • Advertising codes and promotional groups
  • Countries and ethnicity
  • ID types and ID rules
  • Player grades
  • Central reports and queries
  • Staff groups and permissions
  • Undesirables
  • Game types
  • User access levels
Group-wide players

When a casino registers someone, the system checks with head office. If they already play elsewhere in the group, their details, visits and restrictions are pulled in at once, and from then on changes go to every casino they use.

At head office
  • Cash desk and accounting figures for any or all casinos
  • Attendance by hour and weekday, and promotion results
  • Casino Event Viewer for audit and compliance across the group, with SMS alerts
  • Central distribution of reports, including Crystal Reports access by user group
  • De-duplication wizard to merge the same player across sites
  • Group-wide restrictions
  • Undesirables entered once and sent to every site
