Credit limits let cashiers serve good players quickly while keeping the account in check. The casino chooses which payment types it accepts, from cards to markers, and any bad debt is followed up through built-in debt management.

Cash, chips, plaques, tokens, lucky chips and vouchers are set up as denomination groups. Each cashier answers only for their own cage, so balancing is quick, and any correcting entry raises an alarm for surveillance. Cages are arranged into balancing areas tied to pits, so in a big casino the nearest cage handles each table fill.

The casino lists the currencies it accepts, with separate buy and sell rates for cash and cheques if needed. Commission and rounding are applied automatically and the player gets a receipt. Groups can set rates once at head office and push them to every site, and the system works out the profit or loss each time a rate changes.
