Player Tracking Assistant helps the casino understand and look after its best players. It draws figures from Club Assistant, TableLink/Pit Assistant, Slot Assistant and Catering Assistant to build one picture of each player, and the built-in marketing tools turn that into promotions. Like the rest of the suite it works for one casino or a whole group. click to enlarge - Links to EPOS, including Catering Assistant

Player profile Although it started life in the back office, the program is just as much at home on the floor. The player profile screen brings together personal details, table and slot play, and bonuses earned and spent over several periods. click to enlargeTable play Where no table devices are installed, play can be entered by hand. The casino picks what it records – drop, result, time at table, buy-in and cash-out – and the system works out the rest. Reports adjust to whatever is being captured. Grading Players can be re-graded every day on drop, turnover or theoretical win. Hit the target and you move up at the next review; fall short for long enough and you move down, with allowances for players who visit less often.
